Yes! With the open-source Revit IFC v25.1+ exporter, enable:

Export IFC 4.3 (ISO 16739-1:2024) under Model Setup.
Check Export Civil Alignments as Spatial Elements.
Ensure each bridge component uses IfcBridge and IfcBridgePart under IfcExportAs and IfcExportType instance parameters.
